Your FOUNDERS EDITION flask ships by November 30, 2026.
Your Dark Essence can arrive separately, in its own box.

late is on us.

If your flask has not shipped by November 30, 2026, we refund your order in full.
You don't have to ask.
The flask is still yours.
If the date moves, you hear it from us by email before November 30.
This guarantee belongs to the Founders' run and retires with it.

US addresses only.

what it costs.

Shipping is charged at checkout. You see the price before you pay.
Warranty replacements ship free, both ways.

tracking.

You get tracking by email when each box leaves us.
From there, the carrier sets the delivery date.
We promise the ship date, not the delivery date.

delivered, not received.

If tracking says delivered and the box isn't there, ask your neighbors and your building first.
Still missing? Email us. We help you file the claim with the carrier.
