Pure Venom warranty policy
you will not need this page
PV-001 is solid grade-1 titanium. If it ever stops holding, sealing or pouring, we replace it.
No time limit. No registration. No receipt.
1.1 replaced, not repaired.
The warranty starts the day your flask arrives.
It lasts for the life of the flask, not the life of its owner.
It stays with the flask. Pass it on and the new owner is covered.
If your exact flask is no longer made, we send the closest one we make.
Damage done on purpose is not covered. Neither is work done on the flask by anyone but us.
1.2 wear is not damage.
PV-001 is made to be used.
Scratches, scuffs and wear on the finish or the artwork come with use.
The structure is covered. The surface is not.
Also not covered: a flask used as a hammer. A flask sanded, drilled or re-coated by anyone but us. A seal broken on purpose.
1.3 Blacklist gets one.
One replacement. Any reason. Forever.
It comes with every Blacklist order, Founders Blacklist included.
It passes with the flask to one new owner.
After it is used, the flask is still covered like every other PV-001.
1.4 one in, one out.
If the warranty does not cover it, swap it.
Send the old flask back on our prepaid label. A new one is $60, plus shipping.
The price can go up. It never comes down.
1.5 the refund is separate.
The warranty covers the flask. The sixty-day guarantee covers the purchase.
You won't ask for your money back. If you do: sixty days from the day it arrives, full refund, and the flask stays with you. Founders' window only. One per household.
After the Founders' window: sixty days from the day it arrives, full refund. The flask comes back on our prepaid label. Every refill stays with you.
1.6 how to claim.
Email support@getpurevenom.com with a photo of the flask.
Add your order number or the email you ordered with, if you have them.
If we need the old flask back, we send a prepaid label. We pay the shipping on every warranty replacement.
