Pre-Order Agreement

By placing a pre-order, you agree:

→ Your edition ships April 2026 (estimated)
→ You can cancel anytime before production (February 2026) for a full refund
→ If we don't ship by May 2026, you get a full refund automatically
→ If delays exceed 2 weeks past April 15, we'll email you and you can cancel instantly

This is a pre-order, not an immediate purchase. You're reserving a spot in the first 500.

Payment

When You're Charged:

Immediately upon placing your pre-order.

Why Now:

Pre-order funds go toward production costs (manufacturing, materials, fulfillment). This isn't Kickstarter—we're guaranteeing delivery or refunding you.

Refund Policy:

Cancel before February 2026 = full refund.

We don't ship by May 2026 = automatic full refund.

Delays beyond 2 weeks = you can cancel for full refund.

Edition Numbers

How They're Assigned:

First come, first served. The earlier you order, the lower your edition number.

Collector & Blacklist Tiers:

Your number is engraved on your certificate of authenticity.

Essential Tier:

No edition number (you still get the same metal can, just without COA).

What We Guarantee

✅ Your edition ships by May 2026 (or you get a full refund)

✅ Your metal can matches the renders you saw on our site

✅ Your order is processed by real humans, not bots

✅ Damaged or defective items get replaced or refunded

What We Don't Guarantee

We can't control:

→ Shipping delays caused by USPS
→ Stolen packages (file a claim with USPS - e'll help)
→ Your bathroom magically looking cooler (though it probably will)

Limitation of Liability

If something goes catastrophically wrong (factory burns down, apocalypse, etc.), your maximum recourse is a full refund of what you paid.

We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or emotional distress. This is body wash, not a life-saving medical device.

Disputes

If you have an issue, email us first: support@getpurevenom.com

We'll fix it. We're not interested in legal battles over $39 pre-orders.

If we can't resolve it, disputes are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country].

Changes to These Terms

If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here and update the "Last Updated" date.
