Returns & Refunds
Pre-Order Cancellation:
Cancel anytime before production begins (February 2026). Full refund, no questions.
How to Cancel:
Email support@getpurevenom.com with your order number. Refund processed within 3 business days.
Post-Delivery Returns:
If your edition arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it or refund you - your choice.
Email us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We'll handle it.
No-Questions-Asked Guarantee:
If we don't ship by May 2026, you get a full refund automatically.
If delays go beyond 2 weeks past our April 15 ship date, we'll email you and you can cancel instantly.
What We Don't Accept:
Returns due to "changed my mind" after delivery. Pre-orders are commitments. Cancel before production if you're unsure.
