PV-001 is solid grade-1 titanium.

If the flask ever stops holding, sealing or pouring as intended, Pure Venom replaces it.

No time limit. No registration. No receipt.

1.1 structure, forever

Structural coverage begins the day PV-001 arrives.

If the flask develops a structural failure that prevents it from holding, sealing or pouring as intended, Pure Venom will replace the flask.

We replace. We do not repair.

There is no time limit on this coverage.

“Lifetime” means the usable life of the PV-001 flask, not the lifetime of its owner.

Structural coverage belongs to the original purchaser and does not transfer.

1.2 wear is not damage

PV-001 is made to be used.

Scratches, scuffs, surface marks, coating wear and changes to the printed artwork are cosmetic wear. They are not structural failure.

The structure is covered.

The surface is not.

1.3 Blacklist gets one

Every Founders Blacklist and Blacklist position carries one replacement for any reason.

One replacement. Any reason. No questions asked. Forever.

That right can be transferred once with the Blacklist position.

Once the replacement has been used, the normal structural warranty continues to apply to the eligible original purchaser.

1.4 damage outside the warranty

A flask can be damaged without failing under the structural warranty.

When that happens, a replacement flask is available for $60 when the damaged flask is returned to Pure Venom.

One flask comes back. One flask replaces it.

The $60 replacement price can rise in the future. It will not fall.

1.5 the sixty days are different

The warranty covers the flask.

The Founders' Guarantee covers the purchase.

You won't ask for your money back. If you do: sixty days from the day it arrives, full refund, and the flask stays with you. Founders' window only. One per household.

After the Founders' window closes, the evergreen guarantee remains sixty days from delivery. The flask is returned using Pure Venom's prepaid label. Any refills remain yours.

1.6 making a claim

Email support@getpurevenom.com.

Include the email address or order number connected to the purchase and a clear photograph of the flask.

There is no registration form to complete and no warranty to activate.

If Pure Venom needs the flask returned, Pure Venom provides the return label.
